Our Handmade Organic Truffles
Listed below are our currently available vegan truffle flavors. We use Organic fair trade Belgian bittersweet chocolate and organic palm oil (non-hydrogenated and trans-fat free) in all of our recipes.
Our vegan truffle boxes are available in 12 piece, 6 piece, 4 piece and 2 piece. You may customize your box of truffles to your personal taste by using the forms below.

Earl Grey Truffle
Our Earl Grey truffle is made with organic soy milk and infused with fair trade Organic earl grey tea. Delicately dusted with powdered orange zest, it looks like gold and tastes just as precious!
Oregon Hazelnut Rum Truffle
Our Oregon Hazelnut Rum truffle combines Organic Oregon hazelnuts, hazelnut milk, and Rogue Distillery's Hazelnut Spiced Rum (made in downtown Portland).
Thai Chili Truffle
Organic coconut milk, Organic kaffir lime leaf, and Organic ginger root are what give our Thai Chili truffle its distinctive flavor. A nice ginger-lime flavor with just a hint of chili heat.
Peppermint Truffle
Our Peppermint truffle is a perfect blend of Organic soy milk and Organic peppermint. Dark and refreshing!
Marion Berry Truffle
Mmmm, Oregon marion berries purchased directly from a sustainable local grower combined with Organic dark chocolate and a hint of Organic lavender.
Habanero Mole Truffle
Underneath the sprinkling of Organic black sesame seeds on our Habanero Mole truffle lies a devilish combination of local Organic habanero peppers, Organic cinnamon and other Organic spices.

Coconut Toffee
Our Coconut Toffee is made with Organic coconut oil, Organic sugar and with a touch of Organic chipotle. We then cover it with fair trade Organic bittersweet chocolate and Oregon-grown Pumpkin Seeds...and its vegan too!

Our Candied Oregon Hazelnuts are handmade using local Organic hazelnuts, Organic sugar, Organic cinnamon and other spices.

Chocolate-coated Oregon Hazelnuts
We roast our Organic Oregon hazelnuts and then candy them with Organic sugar and Organic vanilla bean. Then they are tossed in fair trade Organic Belgian chocolate three times and finally coated with Organic cocoa.
